Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

Keep in mind Lead Foot Diesel Performance is a full time shop and warehouse. We work from 8:00am till 6:00pm out in the shop. At 6:00pm we clean up and move from the shop into the office to check and process all of the online orders that have come in that day.

Your order will ship sometimes the same day you placed the order depending on which of our 5 warehouses the product ships from. If the part you ordered has to be shipped from our onsite warehouse it will ship the following day. A tracking number for your order will be sent to your email address that you provided when placing your online order.

Once the parts have left our warehouse they are out of our hands. We ship FedEx and UPS we have always had issues with them delaying packages and not delivering things on time, that will never change and is just the nature of shipping parts. Most packages ship and are delivered in 3-4 days of you placing the order. Allow up to 7 days if the part is in stock for weather delays and circumstances out of our control.

Will you price match?

The simple answer is no, all of the parts you see on our web site are listed at MAP price. This is the manufacturer’s (Minimum Advertised Price) if we start violating that price structure not only will the manufacturer cut us off and add us to their list of un-authorized dealers, but you the customer will not have a warranty on those parts.

As a retail company, we do not want to put you in that position.

What is your warranty on parts?

We obviously aren’t building any of the parts we sell here. We are buying the parts from the manufacturer, storing them in our warehouse and shipping them to you the customer. Therefore we have nothing to do with warranty on the parts. We will however help you deal with getting parts warrantied through the manufacturer. That is a service we offer because we value you as a customer.

If the manufacturer determines the part failed due to improper installation or abuse, please realize there is nothing we can say or do to change that determination. We do not receive any special treatment with any manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.  Lead Foot Diesel Performance, LLC will not be held liable for a manufacturer defective parts or parts damaged during the shipping process.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Your Payments are protected through a 256-bit PCI Compliant encryption and information security system.  You are safe with us.  All payments will be approved & captured immediately upon submission of your order.  If a refund or return is requested Lead Foot Diesel Performance, LLC has the right to hold funds for 30 days.  This allows us to investigate the situation and determine the course of action.  All prices present on LeadFootDiesel.com are set through MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) according to manufacturers guidelines.

Viewing Orders

When you place an order throught LeadFootDiesel.com you will receive an email via the email in which you provided during checkout.  This will show a detailed invoice of your products purchased.  You will also receive an email via the email in which you provided us that contains your processing receipt.  This includes your Transaction ID that will be used to track your purchase in our records.  Please keep this in safe keeping.
